What our Scouts are saying:

“I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and with the scheduler as well. The reports are not that bad once you get used to the system and they are very fair with their payments and grading. ”

Tommy, Service Scout since 2009

“I cannot say enough good thing about Jim, the owner, and all those who work with him. I have thoroughly enjoyed handling the Seattle area and with any luck we might have more clients here too….YIPPEEEEE. Their payments are prompt and fast. Sent the first week of the month after you did the shop.”

Eric, Service Scout since 2004

“I completed shops for them last year, and had a great experience with every one. The reports are extensive, but well worth the time for what you get. On top of all that, Traci is an awesome scheduler to work with.”

“Jim is great and very easy to get along with and understand. I recently picked up 2 more shops to do for him while in the Atlanta area. I can’t say enough good about this company especially Jim. He has a lot of patience and treats his shoppers with honesty and integrity.”

Lynnie, Service Scout since 2004

“Thought I’d give an update on this company. I can absolutely highly recommend them. (At this moment, they have shops in Florida, California, Texas, Georgia and Oregon). Maybe they revised things based on the comments on the boards, but I have always received 2 tickets and have 18 hours to complete the survey. I’ve done about 10 shops now, and only 1 of them had bad seats (the rest were just awesome!) – the scheduler explains that the client chooses the seats and no doubt wants a fan’s experience from all sections. The editor is tough, but her comments are productive and helpful rather than just to be critical. With this company, I’ve had the opportunity to attend some venues and attractions I could usually not comfortably afford and have had some one-on-one time with my teenagers (or my husband) while doing it. Wonderful company, and I wish I had found them sooner!!!”

“I have to agree with the others here who say wonderful things about Jim and his company. I have been doing a major sporting events since April and love it. The system was a little confusing at first but after a couple of reports it’s much easier. And I was also trained by Jim who is a very caring and considerate man. Besides the free tickets we are also reimbursed for parking which is $20 at the location I scout. And I’m doing a shop tonight!”

PD Spencer, Service Scout since 2004

“Tracy is one of the best MSC people I have run into. She is never afraid to call me to task when my reports don’t contain enough detail. Go Tracy!!”

“The forms are not as hard as they look and after the first report should only take less than a half hour for a sporting event type. The best part is you get very good seats at the sporting events. The forms are already marked for you and you only have to change them if it is different than the marked answer. The narrative is quick and it has spell check for you. Normally I would have to go to these events in the nose bleed seats. Not any more, I am spoiled now. They have some fun shops and yes they don’t pay much but are fun and a nice break from the routine shops. They also do other high-end shops. Jim is wonderful to work for. He lives where I do and we have spoken several times and he personally trained me. I wish all companies were as responsive as this one.”
